Mini-Documentary Series - NOW AVAILABLE TO VIEW!

Print(ed) Word

In 2017, A/P and Loft 112 initiated Print(ed) Word.

12 Artists and 12 Writers were paired to explore

book inspired relationships.

Through generous support from the Calgary Library Foundation,

the Calgary Public Library, and the J K L Family Fund,

this project continues to be shared.

Operating since 1989, A/P is a not for profit artist-run centre located in Calgary Alberta that inspires artistic growth and fosters community through our gallery and studio.

We are dedicated to cultivating an inclusive space to:

  • Learn about printmaking

  • Create and exhibit print-based media

  • Pursue artistic opportunities

We do this through:

  • Our A/P Gallery and Studio

  • Providing quality workshops for all experience levels

  • Offering artist talks and free community events for the public

  • Providing artists with opportunities for artistic growth and development

A/P has an open membership, and is governed by a board of directors. Management and administration of A/P’s activities are the responsibilities of its Directors, who reach out to volunteers in accomplishing A/P’s goals. A/P also hosts residency and summer student programs.
